Q1        Where are the coffee machines made?
A1        All of our machines are quality, commercial built European machines.
Q2        If I buy an espresso machine and grinder, who can set it up?
A2        Coffee 2 Your Door offers to set up the coffee machine and grinder (prior to despatch), together with coffee if required.
             All this is “part of the service”.
Q3        What is the espresso machine warranty?
A3        The warranty is common manufacturer warranty – 12 months.
Q4        I cannot find an item on your website, can you source product or supply an alternative?

A4        At Coffee 2 Your Door we will go to great length to source and supply you with your desired product, if there is a time we
             cannot assist you, we will do  what we can to provide you with the details of other suppliers of these products.
Q5        Does Coffee 2 Your Door provide Coffee / Barista training to our staff?
A5        Absolutely! We pride ourselves in providing excellent staff training in Espresso Machine function, coffee pouring, milk
             texturing and latte art, enquire today!
Q6        Can I order over the phone?
A6        Yes you certainly can. Coffee 2 Your Door take orders online, over the phone or by fax.
Q7         How long will our order take to get to us?
A7         Orders are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 3pm*.
               Generally the delivery times are:
  • Melbourne         1 business day
  • Sydney                 2 business days
  • Brisbane              2 business days
  • Perth                    4 business days
  • Darwin                 5 business days
*conditions apply (if you request changes to be made to the order after it has been placed, it may delay the time of despatch).
Q8        I’ve already placed my order but I need to change it, is this possible?
A8        Yes you can definitely add or subtract products to your order and also cancel it ... provided you let us know as soon as
             possible. The fastest way to let us know would be to call during business hours on 1300 15 1300 rather than email us.

Q9         I’ve got my order and there’s a problem with it. Can you Help?
A9         Sometimes, unfortunately, things do go wrong. Don’t worry, we’ll help you out.  When you receive your order, it is
              important that you check that everything is there. If there is a problem, let us know as soon as you can. The best way to do
              this is to contact either by ringing on 1300 15 1300 emailing us on sales@coffee2yourdoor.com.au   
Q10       Do you ship overseas?
A10       Yes, we will.  However this is not covered by free freight.  Please submit your request and details in an email and C2YD will
              revert back with a quotation
